We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- In its original packaging (if applicable)
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at hello@stoneytshirts.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on where and how to ship your item back.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your return without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to do exchanges. Email us at hello@stoneytshirts.com with your order number and the size you need, and we'll get it sorted.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, that's on us. Contact us right away with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost — no need to ship the original back.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
